I went in hoping for a 30 minute oil change (let’s all laugh together) but I was hopeful it could be done. He said it’s typically 45-1hr because of the inspection part of it as well, I still waited anyways. It ended up being my last day for a free oil change (that I didn’t even think I got after purchasing my car) so I’m glad I did! It only took 40minutes. Everyone was so kind. At least! 3 people offered me water or “if there’s anything you need let me know” I bought my truck here and I won’t go anywhere else. Customer service is amazing
Treated like part of the family
Tom in service was friendly and patient. I did get the feeling they were working short handed as our lengthy discussion on the phone prior to the appointment seemed as tho the details of the appointment had been misplaced and we had to re-visit why I set the appointment. Very disturbing was after my scheduled appointment when I picked my truck up. I checked under the hood and could not visualize the brake fluid. When opening the cap, the fluid spilled over into the engine. It had been over filled. According to the manual, it said it could cause burning so I called the Service Dept. It took almost 8 minutes of people picking up my call and without explanation, putting me back on hold. Clearly, they need someone to answer calls. I was told by James that I was not to be alarmed. It would not cause damage being overfilled and that if I wanted to bring it back in, they would empty some of the fluid. Is it or is it not to be of concern?
Tom was an excellent service contact for your dealership. He was patient , kind, and very knowledgeable about Chevy products and service.

Had my oil changed and tires rotated everyone there was so nice and the waiting area nice and clean and comfortable will be getting my car done there from now on.
Expensive! But I was prepared. I still have a problem with my horn, they offered to fix and diagnose on a followup visit. Great customer care.

Great parts department
Starting with my phone calls and emails, asking questions about The Chevy Colorado, to the Day, I drove 2 hours, to purchase the vehicle at the Dealership, ALL GREAT!
